I'm a local Pittsburgh real estate agent that believes working with you is about so much more than just buying or selling a home.
Have you heard the saying before "when you know, you know?" Well, that's exactly how I feel about real estate. It was never something I dreamed about doing, especially since I had a completely different career path before this, but once I made the decision to get my license, it lit a fire in me that I had not experienced before.
My approach is to simplify the home buying & selling process through a lot of education with you up front. The more educated & prepared you are, the more successful you'll be.
I love educating home buyers to help them make smart real estate decisions & help home sellers maximize their profits through my proven listing strategies.
I also subscribe to honesty & transparency. I'll talk you out of buying a house before I would ever try to talk you into one. And I'm not afraid to tell you if I think you want to price your house too high. Sometimes you need someone to give you hard truths, especially when it comes to a large decision that is usually emotionally charged.
At the end of the day, the best transactions are the ones where clients turn into friends because of the great relationship we've built together from the beginning to the closing table.
